Why Does it Take over an hour to Resolve a issue(50 minutes in hold times 30 min with live rep) WOW!

I called in Customer Service So that they can resovle my billing issue THey over billed me for The MUZIQ charged me 299.99 when its supposed to be 99.99 I was outraged. But Then I kindly got on the phone and waited and waited and waited approx. 50 minutes. Then the rep comes on sounds like she doesn't even know what shes doing! I'm being very polite. she states that they will give me a rebate if I stay pass my 30 days. Then I explained to her that I order through SERO and that there was no rebate she put me on hold some more and came back on and said that "I" (as in myself) was right and that she would get someone to remove the excess charges. I mean All this brought me up too 800.00 Then back down to 598.00. Mind you that I was disconnected...

Muziq or Upstage?

I currently have the Upstage. It's a great phone, but I get tired of constantly having to turn it over to do basically ANYTHING, and accidently exiting out of programs when trying to scroll down. I always try to get the latest and greatest. Would getting the Muziq to replace my Upstage be a good idea, or should I wait for a more high end phone?

Sprint and Video Share phones

Sprint was the first to have a camera phone back in 02, now that at&t has launched the first video share phones today, does anyone know when sprint will be offering a phone like this. I watched the online at&t video share commericals and this looks really cool and it is sure to be the next big thing with cell phones and the price for the service will come down as with anything else. I showed it to some customer's I know and they all stated they would buy this service if I could offer it.

Want to switch to Sprint...

Are there any loopholes to get me out of my Verizon contract, like the text rate increase?

My family wanted to get rid of our home phone anyway so it seems like a good time to switch to Sprint and get a high minute plan. Plus I want the Mogul and free-Slingboxin'-ultrafast-$15 data!!! 🤤

Save your iPhone money..hello touch FCC APPROVED!

"Another new device from the HTC roadmap is a CDMA-version of the recently announced HTC Touch codenamed Vogue. I’d remind you that the company announced the release of HTC Touch early in June. It is peculiar for the touch control – the finger instead the stylus, and it can work in GSM networks only. The CDMA-version (HTC Vogue) features enhanced functionality against HTC Touch.
The specs of HTC Vogue:
Networks - CDMA 1x-EVDO RevA, 800/1900 MHz
Operating system - Windows Mobile 6 Professional, TouchFLO interface
Chipset - Qualcomm MSM7500 (CPU 400 MHz)
Display – 2.8ā€Ā touchscreen 240x320 pixels
128 MB RAM, 256 MB ROM
Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g
GPS/gpsOne
2-megapixel camera

I want a phone that I can text with, take decent pictures and good call quality. Is the HTC Mogul my answer? I just replaced my Samsung M500 with the Samsung M510 and I don't like it. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the help šŸ™‚
