Which one is the best????

Can anyone give us an update on the PPC 6800. The new Treo came out but it is still lacking and it's Palm OS. I would hate to upgrade and then find out that the new PPC 6800 is coming out next week.

Okay so I'm looking to buy a new phone in the near future, either by way of my upgrade or by way of Ebay. I just need some questions answered.

1)Other than the Upstage (which I like but the non-replaceable battery scares the hell outta me so it's a no) what phone would all of you recommend for somebody who's looking for an MP3/Bluetooth/Camera phone with a memory card slot, either current or discontinued?

2)I've been contemplating a PPC-6700 as a possibility, my question is why should I or should I NOT get it and if not what would you guys recommend for a viable option of the same type (camera/MP3/Bluetooth) smartphone other than the Treo (because I've heard nothing but bad things about them and I don't really like a phone that I'm gon...

we've been satisfied with sprint for about 10 years now, being in kansas city we like to support to hometown service since their world headquarters is 2 blocks from our house. ironically, our service has gotten to be so bad we can't even have a 2 minute conversation without it cutting out half the time and dropping calls everyday. extremely frustrated with it and wish to cancel our contract.

after about 6 different service reps, trying to get ahold of a supervisor or someone to help, one of them says sending us 4 new razors should help it all. since we have "old" phones. (oldest one is mine which i bought last september...) the catch is they have to re-sign our 2 year contract when they give us these. we accept thinking it may help. it do...

We thought Qualcomm might be finally embracing WiMAX, given its recent purchase of TeleCIS’ mobile WiMAX assets. Not so much. Len Lauer, Qualcomm’s Executive Vice President and Group president, gave WiMAX the smackdown at the Wireless Innovations conference on Wednesday.

Lauer said WiMAX is more expensive to deploy than cellular networks, while cellular can provide the equivalent bandwidth. He also pointed to poor early reviews of South Korea’s network as an example of why the technology isn’t all that “revolutionary.” Harsh, though not unexpected since Qualcomm’s whole reason for existence is CDMA and WCDMA.

i had used sprint about three years ago when i lived in las vegas and the coverage sucked.

i recently moved tot he dallas ft worth area about a year ago and after 30 days switched to VZN due to coverage problems.

I heard a Sprint commercial tonight that claims they have beefed up their coverage in the DFW area.

Can anyone confirm this or have recent experience with Sprint in DFW?

Customer has a Sprint account that was recently converted to Ensemble. Her account stated that she had a balance of $56.00 that was past due, and her phone was hotlined as a result.
She paid the entirety of the balance on Sunday, May 6th. The hotline was removed shortly.
A day or two later, the phone was hotlined again. Cust. called customer care, who told her that her balance was actually -$.37. They issued a temporary credit anyway in hopes that it would push the phone back past the ASL, and it worked. Less than 24 hours later, the phone was again hotlined. Cust. called again, issue was temporarily resolved in the same fashion.

I just received, in my store, price tags and rebate forms for the 6800, also called the "Mogul."

My rebate forms indicate that the rebate offer expires 6/17, meaning that the phone MUST be released to stores prior to that date.

I used to be a store manager for Cingular and I know our phone exchange policy regarding multiple exchanges was not something written in stone. On March 15, I had my new company purchase a Treo 700wx for me for the purpose of teaching classes to realtors. I am discovering after having taught a few of the classes, that most people in our area are using the Palm OS. I am still within my 60 days, but I don't believe the 755p will be out within my 60 days. @ Cingular, I could exchange once within my 30 days, but then I had another 30 days on the new device. Can I exchange my wx for another wx, then 3 or 4 days later when the 755p comes out, go exchange it again? Do you think that if I point out that if I like this, we'll be buying 15 more ...

Which phone is this per Endgadget?


It's bad enough that nearly every HTC handset that makes its way into a carrier's lineup inevitably gets rebadged and renamed, but this one's sure to make you scratch your head. Just hours after hearing that the handset is likely to miss its May launch by a few months, we've now caught wind of an interesting teaser site that leaves little doubt about what phone is behind the silhouette. Interestingly, the Sprint, HTC, and Qualcomm sponsored site boldly states that the pictured device is not the PPC-6800, but rather the Mogul. It then continues on by insinuating that this 007-esque gizmo can handle just about any mission you task it with, but fails to provide any concrete information beyond that. Hey ...

The 3200 is now listed on Sanyo.com. Looks cooler, added bluetooth. Should be a good entry level.

In gizmodo its hinted that motorola will be unveiling a new innovative device set to precede the iphone..and create the same raze as the razr did when first released....any thoughts...? any leaks...? on what this might be...?

On Sprint's network there are a lot of brands of phones which phone brand do you guys go with/choose and which one do you hate that gives you problems. I personally am a Sanyo all the way!! Other phones have given me problems like Lg, samsung.. etc.

So will this be my phone? Mid May?
Will there be any other high end phone in May or early June like the M1 or thats it?

If I get the Treo 755P for example what games are there for the system to play? Are they as good as windows mobile games? and can you still do Gmail Google?
