Please help...red razr seems defective

😕
Hi everyone,
I've been reading through the forums and couldn't help but notice many ppl do not think this phone is very good in terms of its battery life. I just got this phone 3 days ago and after about an hour of use, 3 short phone calls (about 10-15 mins), playing one song and a 3 text messages...my battery is now dead... this cannot be a normal thing for this phone?...or can it? 😢
I'm a new subscriber and still have 20+ days left to decide if I should keep this model or exchange it for a new one...
After doing the SW upgrade earlier today..i'm noticing the menus are not as slow to open as before..
Can any of you all help me decide on which phone is the best one to get...I like the power vision svc (I assume that's bett...

Ya ... about that Sero stuff

It's Amazing!

Honestly those plans are unbeatable by every other carrier. The plans and pricing basically made my decision for me when I left Cingular.

I hope everyone is taking advantage of the SERO plans now too, considering their are open to the public until the end of February.

Just use:
holiday@sprint.com
or you can use
savings@sprint.com

Samsung IP-830W

I was on Sprint's website today and there is a phone called the IP-830W. It's a smartphone made by Samsung (obviously). I called to the store in my area to see about getting it, but she checked all of the stores around in the KC area and none of them had it. Online it doesn't say whether or not it has a camera. I was wondering if anyone out there in Sprint-land that know whether or not there is a camera on this thing?

Also, phonescoop doesn't have any info on it, so I'm assuming it's really new. Does anyone have any feedback on it yet? I also would like to know if it is, in fact, available in stores, or if it is an online exclusive.

Any information that you folks have would be much appreciated!

Thanks!

Change in ETF policy

I worked for SprintPCS until 2003, and at that time, you could get the ETF fee waived if you lived/moved to an area where SprintPCS had NO coverage at all, whatsoever. If it was an area that showed coverage, even if it was poor, then the ETF would stand. I currently work for T-Mobile and spoke to a woman tonight who insisted that since SprintPCS merged with Nextel, that their policy on this changed...has it? I usually like to be well educated on all the carriers so I can speak confidently to other customers.

What is ED-VO?

I have not been able to find anywhere what exactly is ED-VO. I called Sprint many times and no one knows the answer. I want to get a Treo 700p or a Moto Q and the main thing other than some internet surfing and mailing, I want to connect a Slingbox to the phone. I know right now Spingbox doesn't support Palm OS, but they announced its coming soon. But in all I read it simply says that the phone is running on Sprint ED-VO network. How much is this service per month? Is it part of the regular $15 per month vision pack that sprint offers? I just want to connect a Q to a slingbox and do not want to be surprised when I can't do it after i bought the phone. I have no need to connect the the phone to a laptop, from what i can gather it is a...

Sprint saved my life...

...or at least my Super Bowl!!! 😁

For the first quarter I was stuck in my car with a broken radio and was pissed I was gonna miss the beginning of the game...

..but then, NFL Mobile dawned on me and I tuned in to a live feed of ESPN radio's coverage of the game!!! I didn't miss a play and I was soooo happy for that nifty FREE application! 😁

A question about the M1...

Ok so i guess i'm slightly dumb 🤭 ... I read the manual 8 times 👀 . And i didn't see anything about this. How do you get the music to play while you do other stuff? i.e. surf the web, text etc. etc. I haven't down loaded MP3's all the files i have on there right now are .koz which is what they are when you buy from the sprint music store, does that have anything to do with it? Some help would be much appriciated... Thanks. 😉
