Do you have CD?

I feel bad for all those non-Sprint users who have Connectile Dysfunction.

There is hope out there. I feel for you. I really do.

Anyone tried this headset out?? I heard it is amazing, co-worker just ordered one online and is waiting for it to come in. 2day shipping only cost $134. Some input on this headset would be great ,we tried to order it for our store but it is exclusive with stinkular.

A question...

Ok, i'm a Sprint dealer. Now i'm just curious as to why sprint seems to have a bad reputation? I personally have never had a problem with sprint and have had them for about 2 years now. I currently own the M1 🤤 I will soon be having children with it j/k lol 🤣 . Please no sprint bashing just facts...not opinion.

Was the Sprint Nextel merger a failure?

I have posed a similar question elsewhere, but I do believe this is the correct forum in which to post it despite the fact that I am neither a Sprint customer nor employee. I never understood Sprint's takeover of Nextel. It made me scratch my head in puzzlement at the time, because CDMA and IDEN had little in common and more importantly, because Sprint and Nextel customers were so dissimilar. Add to this that each company's footprint appeared to be in the same areas and it just did not make a lot of sense, in my opinion. In retrospect, I believe Sprint would have been better served acquiring Alltel (if such a thing were at all possible). All the money spent settling lawsuits from Sprint's affiliates and Nextel Partners (and ultimately s...

T-Mobile USA Inc. continued its run as the carrier with the best customer-service ratings by consumers, edging out other operators for the fifth year in a row in J.D. Power and Associates’ semi-annual survey.

Verizon Wireless scored second place with a ranking of 101 to T-Mobile USA’s 107, followed by Alltel Corp. with 99. Alltel came in just above the industry average of 98. Cingular Wireless L.L.C. generated an index score of 94, and Sprint Nextel Corp. limped in last with 92.

J.D. Power also found that customers who speak to actual service representatives are much more satisfied th...

Motorola Q and the Digital Lounge

A co-worker just bought a MOTO Q and was trying to buy ring tones, so we logged in his account online and tried to access the digital lounge but it wouldn't let him in. Then I tried to send him a ring tone as a gift but it said: "(Ring tone Name) by Vision Ringers is not available for the Sprint PCS number (his number)."
Basically anything in the digital lounge is disabled for him because he has the Q.
I don't know if someone else has found out about this but i think it sucks.
Does anyone know why is this happening?? and if it'll change soon??

Sprint Overcharging Customers in Texas?

Sprint
Written by Humberto Saabedra
Tuesday, 30 January 2007
Sprint is being investigated by business regulators in Texas for charging what it calls the "Texas Margin Reimbursement Fee" The fee of 1% began to be levied on invoices in January of this year and already there are allegations that it is nothing more than a tax on service, and business taxes under the new Business Margin Tax are not to be collected until May 2008.

Sprint has stated that it is starting to collect the fee now according to projections on taxes and has stated that 1% is less than what they need to cover taxes under the new law, but according to the state Comptroller, businesses are only being charged 0.6% in...

To all you Sprint customers.

http://www.phonenews.com/content/view/1786/1/ »

Sprint Nextel customers should be able to do this also by adding the Sprint to Home feature on their wireless account for $5 per month which in essence allows customers unlimited wireless calls to and from their home phone # on their Sprint Nextel account. I would think all you would have to do is change the phone number Sprint Nextel has on your wireless account to the one you use from Grand Central. This would beat having to switch plans to the Sprint Nextel Free Incoming ones seeing how the legacy Fair & Flexible as well as the new Power Pack plans give you more bang for the buck in terms of minutes for peak usage.
