How do you guys like the phone?

I work in telesales for Sprint, and I was just wondering... do every single one of you have that 'to the left, to the left' song for your ringback? If I hear it one more time I'm going to quit my job!! 😛

ok, i was just wondering if im going to have to pay the extra dollar a month for the insurance on my phone? i got a letter in the mail informing me that the price is going up from $6.00 a month to $7.00 a month.. im not complaining or care to pay the extra dollar because i am happy with my service.. im just curious to know if im going to have to pay it because in the contract i signed it clearly states that my insurance is $6.00 a month.. or are they allowed to change the price on that?

Anyone know of any current phones where the outside display will stay on that are available from Sprint? My old Motorola used to have this, but it seems that all current phones shut off after a few seconds.

What is the highest loyality discount sprint has. I thought someone told me 20% and when I asked the rep they almost laughed and said never heard of anything about 10%. I told her no thanks. 20% would get them another 2 yrs but not 10.

I live in Missouri(Kansas City), and I'm looking to switch carriers. I've read Consumers Reports about the comparisons of the networks and how Sprint didn't do so well in OTHER markets. My question is "How is Sprint's service, reliability in Missouri?" Specifically, Kansas City.

Does anybody know how to play video on the m610? If it can be done, what files does it support and do you just transfer the video to the media file on the memory card? Thanks!

My phone has been messing up for the last weeks, so I decided to call Sprint. I thought I qualify for an upgrade since the last time I got an upgrade was over 2 years ago, but I was wrong. When I called they told me that I only qualify for a $75.00 rebate for a two year agreement.
How can this be?
I know I lost my phone, but I got a replacement phone. I paid the non-commitment price for this phone so there is no reason for them to restart my 2 year agreement. I also called about a year ago asking to change my plan. When I called I asked the rep. that if I change plans it wont affect my upgrade. She said "NO". Now I read that if you change plans it restarts your agreement. I can't believe the rep. lied to me. 👿

Straight from the horse's mouth Gary Forsee has announced Sprint will be reducing 5,000 staff positions to help cut cost within the 1st quarter. I'm definately going to be looking for a new job because unfortunately my area falls into one of the regions that needs reduction.

its an nice phone if your an apple junkie and love all the i-this and i-that crap. but its on an inferior network. cingular is behind the times. but who cares it just going to be a status symbol anyways, all the cingy people walking around with there super cool iphone that cant do to much unless there in a hotspot, but they look cool

Anyone tried this earpiece besides me? I have it and a Jabra JX-10 and i personally like the samsung BT better, for the size it's crisp and loud I LOVE IT!! Tryin to get as much input as i can about it so i can relay to costumers, websites help but forums are the better way of getting actualy feelings on how a product works.

So "lame duck" Sprint added 742K subscribers in Q4. It won't be as impressive as the others but considering what everyone was expecting, I'll take it. They also had a slight down tick in churn. I think 2007 is going to be a good year if they get their rate plans in order.

As many of you have heard the new iphone has been announced to hit stored june 2007 exclusive to cingular. With features us treo users wished for. What is in store for CDMA? What is the CDMA's response to the Innovation of apple..? the samsung i760 doesnt even compare.......how does a new member of the smartphone community out do all smartphones on the market??? YOUR THOUGHTS...

I am considering switching to Sprint from Cingular. According to the coverage map, my town is dark green. I know I will have voice coverage, but will there be any access to the internet?
