SPRINT THE INNOVATIVE CELL PROVIDER HAS BEEN BEATEN!

Lets admit it folks the days of sprint ontop is done. The days of the First mp3phone first color phone first picture phone first Cameraphone and first video phone are dead. Apple has beaten sprint at its own game. And it doensnt look like Sprint will have an answer for the IPHOne.

MSLs and that new law...

As per the new law from the US copyright office, isn't Boost required to give up the MSL for their phones? Does anyone know of someone who has been successful in getting and MSL for a Boost handset?

We're ahead of Apple's iPhone in many ways

We're ahead of Apple's iPhone in many ways

01/11/2007

Much ado is being made this week over the June 2007 launch of the iPhone unveiled by Steve Jobs at the annual Macworld Expo in San Francisco. Given the attention to this hot new device, it left us wondering how we stack up. It turns out we've got a lot to shout about, too. Here are some of the facts:

Because of this, industry experts expect features of the iPhone such as Web browsing and downloading not to be very fast.

Tim Cook, Apple's chief operating officer, said during a conference call with analysts yesterday ...

Question about non paid disconnects....

I constantly have customers asking me this question and I honestly don't know so I connect them to customer service but I know that sometimes the customer gets the wrong answer too. How long will a customer's account stay in non paid disconnect before it is finalized and written off to where the customer can not retrieve their old number anymore?
