LG Voyager VX-10000

How can I fix this guys/girls??? Can nail polish work or anything?

I just upgraded to the orange LG env, AFTER WAITING forever for new phones to choose from!! 😈 So as soon as I break down and do it, 4 new phones come out!!! So my question is does anyone know how much the Voyager would be if I bought it without upgrade/contract discount?

does anyone know how to create a slide show, apparently ur supposed to set ur screensaver as a slide show. when i set it. it says NO SLIDE SHOW SAved i did not see any place to create it thought it would be a cool thing to do

So I upgraded to Choco 2 on 10/24 and exchanged it for the Voyager on 11/19 when it came out.

I bought the Pearl for retail (to save my exchange) when it came out on 11/8 and returned it at the same time I bought the Voyager. And I really miss my Blackberry, so I'm thinking of exchanging the Voyager for the Pearl. Anyone think the VZW will make an exception and give me another exchange, considering I've heard that the Voyager has been selling out in stores?

Never in my life have I ever experienced something sooo hard to get. I ordered my phone Tuesday (11/27) and yes I know I am a bit too anxious but I called Verizon today and asked them my status and the representative said it was shipped out yesterday! So of course I was very excited but the person I am I had to hear it from two people soo I called again later on in the day and the sales rep said they don't even see the order being made!! WHAT!! So I gave them the store number of where I ordered my phone and the sales rep called them and then called me back saying that the phone is backordered so it will take longer than expected but I am guaranteed it by the 15th OF DECEMEBER!! This is absolutely ridiculous! I will be very upset if I have to...

thinking of getting this phone. has anyone had any positive/negative experience syncing this phone to a bmw x3 vehicle handsfree system via bluetooth? and can you use bluetooth to listen to the music via the car's audio system?

also, can you download opera onto the phone? thanks for any advice.

Does the Voyager's AIM measure up to Sidekicks'? Instead of having a verizon phone and a sidekick I would like to have it all in one. Is the Voyager the right device?

First let me say that I was the FIRST person on line for this phone at my local store when it first came out, got there at 6 am. My major complaints are: The ring tones are extremely low, the vibration isn't as strong , both compared to the V. Also the lock feature is ridiculous as if you make a call , hang up and go to make another the phone must be unlocked again. And yes I changed the setting on the phone to be unlocked most of the time. Also as someone said before if you call your voice mail or any other number that requires you to put in numbers you must unlock the phone again.
The mobile TV is cool but why make the screen so big and not use all of it ???? No speaker phone on the outside?? Touch screen is not very responsive , and as p...

hey so i hated the beeps for when I got texts and I just figured out ringtone #7 isnt a full length ringtone just short for text so thats my new sound!! Anyone else have one of those ringtone numbers for text alerts?? let me know which one i will play around with them then!

$350 gave me an ENV with tv and a front screen like a treo..WHOOOOOOOOOOOAAHHHHHHHH
other concerns:
these might be small things. but im sure people out there are pissed also
1. the phone so far has made two phone calls while in my pocket. u would think after all the problems with the original chocolate they would know to make the option for double tap unlocking available to the customer.
2. why have this huge screen and picture caller id, if when someone calls the picture is the size of a penny.
its just lame.
3. the internet is slow as ****. my pearl is much quicker.
4. no flash???? what year are we in?

im just not happy. and anyone i show the phone to is not impressed at all

First I will say I actually do own the phone! LOL
I have a few issues and was wondering if it was just my phone or others are experiencing the same?

1.) Ring & text alert volume. No matter which ring tone I choose, the volume is just too low to be heard in busy areas (mall etc.)

2.) If you make a call using the outside screen and have to enter a number (such as press one for store hours, press 2 for computers etc.), you have to open the phone to enter a number. Can not seem to find a way to enter a number from the outside screen?

3.) Playing a video. Can not seem to find a way to play a video of mine on the phone? I must be stupid or something! I find the file OK but how do you play a video?

hey whatsup, i am getting this error 'device not ready' when i try to transfer data to the micro sd card from my pc. i formatted the card, put it in the phone to create all of the correct folders, restarted my pc, and still am getting the error! please if anyone knows why or how to fix, let me know! thanks for your time. ps: this phone freakin rocks!

when im in my basemnt i get terrible service right? so when i had the lg 9900 i bought an antenna that hung out the side of the crib and went into the phone.
when the voyager came out, it wasnt a choice whether or not buy it so the antenna is now useless to a craka.
QUESTION: does that antenna booster that's on tv work at all. or are there any cheaper alternatives since a repeater system is like 800 bucks. any ideas..cause the voyager dont got that antenna on the back

p.s. srry bout the typin. im listnin to rap right now.

ok so i have mobitv in great signal ALWAYS! and i live like 100 miles from the nearest tv source (NYC) and i called verizon and they dont even know why, the coverage area isant even close to where i live. even when i dont have regular service the mobile tv wrks even in my basement. its a cool service although still not broadcast tv? i watched a football game and there was like a 7 sec. delay and the commercials are are all mobile oriented. some thingss are broadcast some things arent weird

On lg's website they say that the voyager can sync with outlook and that verizon sells the software. Has any heard of it? I have not been into a store yet to ask and could not find it on verizon's website. Also anyone know how to clear the web browser history?

....I was wondering how to get new text message alerts not like songs but just sounds because all they have is the beeps and i cant stand them!! Please let me know that would be great thanks in advance...

Does anyone know the address of the default homepage for the browser? I changed mine to google and i wanted to change it back. 🙄
