LG enV VX-9900

I am trying to find a way to get bitpim sync photos and videos off the sd card of my vx9900 over the usb cable. Is this possible? If so, how?

1. whats the "extra" section on the get it now?
2. what kind of files can you send through bluetooth?
3 (along with 2) how do you do it? all i can do is send name cards

When I have the phone open on the main screen I get a buzzing noise that is pretty loud. Only when the back light is on. I can hear it when I'm driving! My previous phone the V didn't do it. Has anyone else noticed this and is it normal?

This might be a dumb question. I recently bought a moto razr and im content with it. My g/f has Verizon, and we went and played with the enV the other day and she bought it. I liked it so much i would love to have it with cingular...but of course it isnt available. Is there ever any possibility that cingular will come out with it? Or will it be for Verizon only?

I just bought the en-V and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! By far the best phone I have ever had. HJowever, my friend is interested in the Motorola Q. Which is better overall, looking past the PDA vs. phone aspect?

I don't know why we don't have a phone like this. I got an idea, we should re-release an upgraded ogo. Add a phone, Stero BT, MicoSD Slot & HSDPA. Walaa! enV killer!

Hi, I had a question about this phone's 3G data capability. Currently, it has 1x EVDO r0. But, when Verizon officially releases 1x EVDO revision A, can this phone have a software upgrade that will make it compatible to the faster speed?

Also, it's time for my every 2 year upgrade, so I am strongly considering this phone and everything I've heard is very positive. But does anyone know if a better upgrade is coming soon - within a few months? I originally got the VX8000 when it came out, and then almost 6 months later, the 8100 came out with Bluetooth and memory card capability, and I think is a bit smaller than my vx8000.
So I'm just wondering whether I should wait for a phone that is coming soon, or if I should go ahead and get thi...

This is quite possibly the most anticipated phone release of the year. I work for Verizon Wireless and I was asked about this phone before I even knew it was coming out and have continued to be asked about this phone until it was released. I myself was very anxious to see the phone and play with it. I was a big fan of the V and expected the enV to have a lot more features. But once it was released, it was nothing but the same phone in a different package. The only things that really changed was the fact the with the enV you get a 2 megapixel camera and it can support mp3 files. Other than that I see no obvious changes. Am I missing something? Does anyone else know something that I don't? ☹️

I am dying to get this phone, but would not pay retail. I wish there was a way to get Verizon to let me do the yearly upgrade earlier. My year is up in 5 weeks. I know, that is too long to wait. However, when it is something I really want, I have been told that I am not a very patient person.

Is it possible to sync photos that I take with the camera over the usb cable, or am I forced to use an sd card reader or bluetooth? The documentation doesn't say anything on the subject, which isn't promising.

Hey guys'...I've had some ongoing music issues with this phone. Originally the music was really loud through the MEK even on the lowest sound setting...so thats where im at now..

I now have the motorola ht820 stereo bluetooth headset. It works just fine volume wise...but this is my first experience with bluetooth..

Is it normal for the sound to be a little crackly or have a little static on higher pitched notes? Or should this baby sound crystal clear?

I just got this phone in the mail today and I am trying to figure some things out. My first problem is that I can't get VCast to work on my computer. I have windows media player 11. Am I forced to downgrade to WMP 10 to make this work? Is that even possible?

Another issue - I have downloaded ms pac man and galaga, and find the arrow-keys to be too small and hard to press fast enough to play the games. Is there a way to control these games from the qwerty keyboard?

Is there a way to use predictive text entry on the qwerty keyboard - where it guesses the word - like on the Motorolas?

just got the env and imm trying to think of an easy way to transfer the #s from my old gsm tmobile phone. i think i may have a file for my windows contacts. how does the synn software work?

A verizon rep told me the Env will probably get the software update for tv when the other phones for tv are ready to launch. I wonder if this is true?

Im having a hard time with my mp3's. my env cant seem to read them. it says adding songs to library but than the arrows dont move and it seems like the phone freezes up. somebody help please.

I'm thinking of buying the enV, but I have found the various sales reps to be pretty inconsistent in their answers to my questions, so I'm hoping someone here might know:

*) Does the music player have a shuffle mode?

*) Is there a better option (in a similar price range) for someone looking for a decent combination camera/phone/mp3-player, but who doesn't really care about texting?
