upgrade policy

In the article about the prorated ETFs and improvement CS it stated that the upgrade policy for existing customes would change. does anyone know anything about this? the upgrade policy really stinks and is the only reason im going to change when my contract is up unless it changes for the better.

Two numbers on same phone?

Is it possible to have two phone numbers on the same phone for Sprint? I saw some thing on Cnet that said Nextel does it but all I get is a "no" from Sprint when I call.

I would love to be able to carry just one phone and have a number for work and a separate for personal.

Thanks!

NEED HELP ASAP!!!!

I am a former Sprint customer. It is true when they say the grass isnt greener on the other side. I switched to another company back in February of this year thinking it would be better. The service was great but the price has destroyed me. Anyways this is my problem: I want to come back to sprint but my concern is if my phone has been cut off with them, can i get a new line of service with Sprint? My damn bill will drop 75 bucks if i go back to Sprint 🙂

SERO Question

Can you get services with a SERO plan? Cause Im going to be signing up with Sprint within a few days and just found out about the SERO plan and I went on the website and when I got to the part where you add on services, they were not there. I want to add on the Ultimate Pack. Should I call the number?

List of Upcoming Phones Q1/Q2 of '08

Most of these are already on the roadmap for Sprint. Believe me or not, this is just a COLLECTION of things I've been hearing and seen pictures of and most have been confirmed.

Samsung Mach 2 (Flip Phone Low-Tier HPPTT-QCHAT, no camera).

Samsung Mach 3 (Flip Phone Mid-Tier HPPTT-QCHAT with Camera).

Samsung Ace (Flip Phone High-Tier HPPTT-QCHAT).

LG LX400 (Flip Phone Entry-Level)

Samsung M520 (Coming from a very reliable source, same person who took pics of the Samsung I325).

Sanyo PRO Series (We've been left wondering, but again through word-of-mouth, I hear it's coming. It includes the Sanyo PRO 700 and Sanyo 800, which are both Flip Phones, and the Sanyo PRO 900 which is supposed to be QWERTY -Sidekick Style).

PDA/Sm...

Question about Sprint's upgrade policy.

If I have understood what I have read, if you have completed 12 months of your 24 month agreement you get $75 off the cost of a new phone. If you have completed all 24 months you get $150 off.

If I am wrong about the above please give the exact time/discounts.

I have seen multiple mention the $75/$150 off thing for Sprint upgrades, is that off of the "regular price" that is listed on Sprint's website or some other value?

For example, the Upstage is listed as:
Regular price $299.99
Instant savings -$150.00
Web special -$50.00
Online price $99.99

What would a customer upgrading pay for the upstage?

question about upgrades

I desperately need a new phone, so I was thinking about finding an lg rumor on Ebay. If I have Sprint activate this, will it screw up my rebates/upgrades when I decide to get a new phone in a few months?

Done with Sprint!!!!

Glad to be rid of them. That had to be the longest 6 months ever.

By the way..........the claims they have made about prorating etf's.......fake. I was told "they haden't yet decided if they were going to honor that." Well worth the $200 to get away.

Rude Unhelpful Sprint Corp store employees

Horrible attitude. Just recently got a sprint line, switched form GSM (Sprint had a lot more features and services that GSM, also the phone was very cool) and not used to entering all the numbers in the cell phone. Have not done that in years since you don't have to do that if you have your numbers on the SIM card. So went to a sprint store to see if they can transfer the numbers from my old phone. I got every excuse in the book from the tech is not here, it will be 2 hours for the tech to do it, we don't have a connector for that model phone (LG MUZIQ), Come back tomorrow. Could clearly tell these people were only there to get a paycheck. They did not give a crap about the customers, i watched them speak to other customers the same way.
