Email address to phones similar to VTEXT ?

I have Verizon service and also Sprint 8830 for my job.
With Verizon, it is 212372xxx@vtext.com to have people send messages to your phone from the outside.

Does Sprint have a similar service or are the emails directed to yourPhoneNumner@sprintpcs.com only directed to the web portal for checking?

Am I missing something or do they just not offer it?

Thanks

Sprint 2007, SERO Question

Hey Sprint_2007, youve seem to be the man with all the answers,lol... Just want to give you my scenario and my questions

My current contract with sprint has expired, but im still using the phone, i ordered the centro with a new account under sero, because i thought sprint would give me hassle for trying to get a SERO account and the centro for $99. But i read on one of your post that, the sero applies to existin customers with expired contract. I didnt activate my centro yet, but it does have a new number.

my question is
1: Would have been able to do the sero account like im a new customer, and keep my same number, and not have to deal with the hassle of calling in etc?
2:Is there any way now that i have both phones, to get my old num...

Sprint Vision Packs Demystified

Hi.

I am trying to understand the Vision packs currently offered by Sprint.

To have Power Vision do you have to have an EVDO capable device?

I have a LG 535 (1XRTT), is it capable?

Thanks.

Samsung MM A920 on eBay?

I was in Family Court last Monday and I just happened to look to my left and the guy next to me had this beautiful dark blue Samsung phone. I saw the Sprint logo. I asked him what model and he told me that its the A920 but it has been discontinued which I knew that because I've haven't seen this phone on the website. It looks a little bulky but so what. Now, I was on eBay a few minutes ago and I found a Power Seller that sells this phone. He says its new or like new. I have never purchased anything from eBay before. 👀 I really do like that phone. I know some of you guys are thinking "wow, why does she want this old phone?" I really do like it... 🤣
When was this phone released? Late 05/early 06?

I haven't heard anything about the Sanyo Pro Series lineup in a while. What's going on with that?

Sprint Launches Hawaiian Music for Full Song Downloads

You can now download Hawaiian Music Songs from your Sprint Phone via Sprint Music Store.

Nice to see that Hawaii is finally getting some exposure. Maybe it's because the University of Hawaii Warriors Football Team is doing so well! 🙂

First and formost in call quality. Second a dcent camera. Third nice screen inside & outside. Fourth, has to be flip style. Price is an issue, so any input would be appreciated. Easy for texting would be a plus.

Question for Sprint_2007 or Yean

Im a very indecisive person. 👀 I will be porting my number to Sprint in about 2 weeks. 🙂

I can't make up my mind. 😕 I thought I wanted the LG Rumor but it isn't EVDO capable. The Samsung m510 is a nice looking phone and it does have an extended battery. I went to the Samsung website and I can purchase the extended battery and the door for 49.99. I love the bright pink and the form factor. When I look at it, it reminds me of those flat black stones. The draw back for me is the flat keys. 🙄

I also really like the Katana DLX. Great form factor, battery life on Sanyos is awesome and I love the screen call feature. The color selection could be better. This phone would have been awesome in Cosmic Black.

I...

Sprint and NFL to Broadcast Live Game Coverage on Mobile Phones!

Today's game between the Dallas Cowboys and the Green Bay Packers is a big game with playoff implications. But it will be broadcasted on the NFL Network only and not on cable TV.

Don't have DirectTV and a subscription to the NFL Network.

Do you live in an area where the cable company and the NFL can't come into an agreement to offer the NFL Network channel?

Well not to worry, now you can have access to the game exclusively from your Sprint Phone!

Mobile 6 for Mogul

I see that a new software release came out for the mogul, but it's not mobile 6 yet. Updates for mobile 6 is available for Alltel's mogul, but not Sprint's. Does anyone know how to get it?
