It looks like Sprint PCS is starting to axe customers just for supposedly calling into Customer Care too much among other reasons. Its completely ridiculous. Are all CS reps really in India? My bro has sprint and he had to call in just a few times and CS spoke clear english and he had no problems. Just curious

I have both a Mogul and a Muziq. When I test the speeds on dslreports.com/mspeed the Muziq is always at a solid 2 Mbps or higher. The Mogul rarely reaches 1 Mbps. My data card doesn't even get up to 2 Mbps... what gives???

My boyfriend has Sprint. Has had it for years. He renew his contract and they took off his unlimited text messaging without informing him. Now he has always have it on there. He doesn't call. He just text. So to our surpise he gets a $500. Now he call customer service and asked how he is getting charge for ringtones (he just recieve his phone and does not have ANY ringtones on his phone) and for text messages. Sprint doesn't want to take back the charges even though it was a mistake done by their system. The customer service rep said that they should of notice that it wasn't on the bill. We informed him that it was the first bill we recieved since the upgrade when the change took place. So he kindly told us well we can put it back on, but th...

Is it just me or is this new POG dumb as $#!+ We do not have 75% of the materials for this new POG and we were told to put the musiq in that klipsch speaker once it came out due to the fusic being incompatible and what do they do for the POG? put the damn fusic back in the speaker and the musiq as a standalone case. Plus we have to take off so many phones that we have plenty of stock of (8400 all colors, m610, m500, m1, 7130)

I currently pay for insurance for my PPC-6601. On 5 occasions I have lost data when WM2003 locked up & I had to reset. Will insurance cover replacing this #@%^*! device? Does anyone know what the current replacement is for the PPC-6601?

I'm about ready to do two SERO plans I see on the site is says free text, but when I click on plans and start to going through the manual process of ordering service, the unlimited text does not show. What is up with that? will it just be added on even though it not showing it? I don't want to call it gives you the option to do it online I feel it will be less chance of error, but I want the free text too, any ideas? Thanks

They arent disconnecting those with issues, they are disconnecting the idiots they deal with constantly about the same thing. They took the worst of the worst (1200 out of millions?) to dump, not the average person.

I deal with these idiots, the ones who scream every month on how we are inflating their bill, and every month we sit down and explain to them how to read their bill and keep up with their minutes then next month...same crap.

I have a Samsung a950 through Verizon. I just got a Motorola KRZR with Sprint. When I transfer the microSD from my Samsung to my KRZR the KRZR doesn't recognize my pictures and videos. I'm sure it has something to do with Verizon's software. I switched all my pictures from MY PIX to Pictures. That didn't work. Then I tried changing the folder name to other possibilities. And the pictures are still not showing up. Same with videos (MY FLIX to Videos). However, MP3's transferred just fine. They were switched from MY_MP3s to Music.

Please help!!!!

I currently have the Mogul, well I have vista on my pc which has the built in sync software, Well I cant figure out how to save contacts, so in case i lose my phone i could syn my new phone to it and regain my contacts, I dont have outlook either, is there some programi dont know about i could use,
I thouhgt it would auto do it, but i had to do a master reset the other day, and i found out much to my dismay it doesnt auto store my contacts ☹️
