SYM Key

I recently had my phone replaced due to problems with the symbol keys on the inside keyboard. I've got the new phone in the mail and just the other day it started doing the same thing again. During a text message when I try to use the the "(" (On the 9 button) it comes up as (sp?), when I try to use the "$" it brings up "$1000." and those are only a few of the problems I'm having with the symbol keys.

MediaFlo

I've posted about this in the past already, but had another comment about MediaFlo. What I noticed is that when I did a Google search for the VX9400 (MediaFlo phone), the Bands that were listed were 800/1900. There was no additional frequency band listed for the live tv. So, I'm not sure about this, but I'm thinking that 1. either that data is not released yet, or 2. Maybe the tv signal will operate on the existing 800/1900 bands? Therefore the enV will be capable of it with a software upgrade? I originally thought that it would use a separate frequency for TV, but if other MediaFlo phones don't use a special frequency, I'm thinking it may be possible on the enV (but I'm just being hopeful).

Music & Video Cut Off Halfway Through

Hi, I apologize if this has been asked, but I've been sifting through, and I don't quite see what I'm looking for. Anyway...

My mother, my sister and I all have enVs (we love them), but they are both having problems with their video and music. I don't have the problem b/c I don't really use these features.

Both of them experience playing videos and music stored on their SD cards that will simply stop about halfway through (or something like 2 mins into them). Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Thanks! 😁

I've never thought of her as being a big woman...

anyway, I read the entire review while referencing everything with an env here at my store. Good review, I tried everything mentioned and generally agreed.

thanks Eric!

EVDO Revision A + MediaFlo

Hi everyone,
I was thinking about getting the enV, but had a couple of questions about it. First, will Verizon release an upgrade to this model that will be able to use the new high speed / Revision A network's speeds? Or, will a software upgrade (at the store) allow the higher speeds?

Secondly, I know there was some questions about this some time ago, but does anyone know if an updated version of this phone will be released that will be capable of using the new MediaFlo technology (when released)?

Thanks for your help!

latest SW version?

the sw ver. of my enV is T99VZV01. I think my phone has some bugs (delaying a few secound after unlocking the phone with "OK" button, sometimes unable to save high-resolution picture on memory card)

I think it will be solved after upgrading the firmware. Anybody know the latest ver of sw. these day?
